ARE YOU A DESI MANGO VIRGIN?
MANGO HEAVEN TIME!
We’ve had an amazing mango season this year with so many different types of mangoes being imported from South Asian countries like Bangladesh, India and Pakistan. However as the season comes to an end we revisit where and how you can grab them in the UK before they are forever departed until next year!
The question is; have you tried the desi mangoes? If you haven’t then i’m afraid you are most certainly MISSING OUT!
There are an array of different sweet mangoes (Although they may not be as sweet towards the end of the season September for example) and the popular ones are Honey and Alphonso mangoes from Pakistan, Kesar mangoes from India and not many people know but Bangladesh have their own amazing sweet range too which are called Rupali or Harivanga!
LONDON’S DESI MANGO HOTSPOTS
